ABOUT
Dr. Kathy Overbeke, founder of GPS: Generation Planning Strategies, LLC is a family business consultant, executive coach, researcher, author and speaker. Dr. Overbeke has over 20 years of experience in founding and developing businesses, and has served as an educator and community leader. She completed Case Western Reserve University’s Doctor of Management (DM) program for experienced senior executives, and brings the perspective of a Practitioner Scholar to consulting and executive coaching. Combining theory with practice, she helps businesses prepare for the future by strengthening and reinvigorating individual, family, team, and corporate goals.
